The Town Center at ARUNDELPRESERVE is a smart-growth project of urban character that will comprise approximately 1.3 million square feet of LEED Silver-designed, mixed-use development.
Phase I, consisting of 600,000 SF, is being developed by Southern Management Corporation and will include 242 luxury apartment homes, 171,180 SF of Class-A office space, a luxury boutique hotel with 10,000 SF of meeting/conference space, 45,000 SF of ground-level retail, and structured parking cohesively organized around a vibrant urban plaza. Phase II, commencing shortly thereafter, will further enhance the Town Center with another 700,000 square feet of complimentary uses.
The Town Center is one component of ARUNDELPRESERVE, a 268-acre mixed-use community located at the center of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor and part of the larger 1,100 acre Arundel Mills development.
